Redefinition of management contract standards and evaluation of operating performance
Jumeirah International LLC needed an assessment on potential for improvement of future operating performances of the Hotel and the evalutation of the composition of the Hotel Top Management.
As a former Jumeirah managed property, the Hotel changed the approach to F&B outlets management and significantly improved the use of the roof garden. Currently the hotel is independently managed.
Horwath HTL supported the Client in evaluating the operating performance by drafting a complete overview of the state of hotel maintenance and providing an analysis and benchmark of potential performance achievable under different F&B management scenarios.
