Redefinition of management contract standards and evaluation of operating performance
Horwath HTL supported the client by performing several inspections to the hotel for drafting a complete overview of the state of hotel maintenance and accurately reported areas of improvement and required interventions. In addition, as far as F&B performance, Horwath HTL conducted a benchmark of comparable F&B outlets in the area and provided an analysis of potential performance achievable under different F&B management scenarios, with specific focus on the use of roof gardens in the area of Via Veneto and pricing policies.
As a former Jumeirah managed property, the Hotel changed the approach to F&B outlets management and significantly improved the use of the roof garden. Currently the hotel is independently managed.
