Horwath HTL assisted the client providing an in-depth analysis of the mooring portfolio composed of around 90 berths ranging from 12 meters to 65 meters for a total value of over 85 mln Euros. Horwath HTL provided a detailed estimate of the market (commercial) value of each mooring, based on size, location along the docks, wind exposure, accessibility and rarity on the market.
The client negotiated its position towards the owner of the concession by means of Horwath HTL fairness opinion.
