Feasibility of an amusement park and a golf development

Horwath HTL supported the client by investigating potential interest of major leisure and tourism investors, taking into account the destination accessibility, the current town planning, local tourism resources and magnets. The study provided the client with a ranking of alternative preliminary concepts, associated to a list of potential equity investors specialized in the proposed concepts. Horwath HTL support continued with illustrating the preferred concept to local administration and supporting its understanding of the project’s potential impact on local economy.
The owner is currently partnering with major hotel chains to explore a golf concept in view of the next Ryder Cup Rome 2022.
