Hospitality development plan at local level

Horwath HTL was asked to analyze current market trends in the Mediterranean area and investigate international hotel formats with the clearest evidence of future success, including concepts, hotel product, business models and hotel chains’ trends. Horwath HTL produced several analyses which included an international overview on future hospitality demand trends and a focus on the Mediterranean area with the goal of providing a benchmark of successful resorts and destinations. International development standards for resort and S&B hotels were also provided. Development guidelines on which hotel categories to support and how were discussed with the client.
The plan has been delivered to the client, who is using the guidelines to take decisions in the area of hospitality development administration.
