La Perla Jonica Resort – Sicily, Italy

Process of selecting an international hotel chain to manage the Resort.

Horwath HTL supported the client in identifying a qualified operator for the former Perla Jonica Resort, a Sun & Beach big resort featuring a hotel, villas, sports courses and private beaches, located close to Catania, now most known as the Hilton Capomulini. Horwath HTL has screened 11 qualified management proposals from top international hotel chains and supported the client in the choice of Hilton, providing also assistance in negotiating business issues of the management contract and the deal closure.
Today the Resort is phasing the final stage of construction and, according to last released plan, will open as the Hilton Capomulini in 2019.
